For years, Jen has helped families navigate some of life’s most important and emotional transitions, including caregiving, senior living decisions, organization, and long-term planning. Through her work with seniors, caregivers, and families across the country, she saw firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when important information is scattered, missing, or difficult to access during times of stress or emergency.
